Hannah Hannah has been practicing yoga on and off for 7 years now. Yoga has helped her in so many ways. It started as a tool to help manage anxiety and it's turned into a deeply personal way for Hannah to connect with her inner guide. It's shifted the way she experiences her body and developed her own personal practice that she'd be lost without. Hannah loves sharing the practice with others and graduated from the 200 Hour YTT at YogaWorks Back Bay.
